Best cases to protect your shiny, new Sony Xperia XZ Premium
So, yeah, it's a pretty phone, but it's also an expensive phone. You will probably want to have at least one case for it — if not for everyday use, then for just special occasions where you will be spending more time out and about with increased risks of dropping the handset. Of course, you will probably be looking for cases that look at least “OK” to slap on the metal-clad beast.

This case rocks a very Spigen-ish look with its accents and use of carbon fiber texture. It should hold you over until (if) Spigen adds an XZ Premium version of its Rugged Armor series, which this case here heavily reminds us of.

This case has an interesting graphic on its back, which may or may not be your cup of tea, and comes in a ton of different vibrant colors. We thought you might enjoy it when you feel that your XZ Premium needs a bit of color and grippiness added to it.
3. Toshion Metal frame case

Looking great in all-metal! This case should provide the cool touch and matte feel of a brushed metal design and is also promised to be shock-absorbing. We are not sure how the metal would affect signal strength. We have to assume that the manufacturer has put some sort of antenna slits in there, but it's something to keep in mind.

An awesome flip-cover style case with a transparent shell, which keeps your cool XZ Premium visible under its protective bulk. Doubly awesome — you can operate the phone's screen through the case's lid, effectively making it a “easy-on-easy-off screen protector”.

Of course, Sony has its own official case for the 4K beast. It's a slim, flip-cover style case, which can also be used as a stand. It's slim, it's pretty, it comes in 2 colors... it costs 50 bucks!
6. 32ndShop Leather wallet case

A wallet case, which is a bit thicker than the previous two entries, but has a single card slot and a money pocket. It's made with real leather and comes in 6 different colors to pick from.
7. Perstar Flip case

An alternative wallet case that's just a tad slimmer and only has a card slot on its lid. It is, again, leather-made and comes in 4 cool colors to choose from.
8. SunRemex Rugged armor

Time to go armored — this Rugged armor has super-reinforced corners and a pronounced lip to protect your handset if it happens to try and hug the pavement. It also has a kickstand on its back, perfect for those trips where your phone is your only source of media entertainment.

A different type of armored case, with a nice, rigid pattern to accentuate its roughness and assumed survivability. It's also shown in a variety of different colors, but is currently only available in black and blue on amazon. Here's hoping the other paintjobs are coming soon!
